PTDR- 500 System

The PTDR-500, a 250 kilogram an hour (550 pounds per hour) system, is an ideal, turn-key solution for medium-sized generators looking for stable and flexible solutions to their solid waste management challenges. PTDR-500 systems are offered on a straight-sale, lease or JV basis.

The PTDR-500 system provides a permanent, fully self-contained platform for industrial facilities seeking an efficient, environmental and economical terminal treatment and disposal solution.

Each system comes equipped with the following subsystems:

Waste Feed System
Plasma Reactor
Spray Dryer for evaporation of inorganic liquid wastes using the enthalpy of the syngas leaving the Plasma Reactor
Gas Conditioning and Cleaning System consisting of a venturi scrubber, packed bed tower, cooling tower and indirect heat exchanger.
ID fan outfitted with breaking resistance and VFD
350 kWe Plasma graphite electrode Torch System with an insulated gate bipolar transistor power supply
PSA Oxygen Generator, (sized to specification), 90% to 93% purity
Power Panel
Process Control System consisting of a PLC and SCADA System
