In January 2007, PEAT completed the construction on a 45 lbs (20 kg)/hr PTDR system at Fooyin University located in Kaohsiung (southern part of the country).

The lab-sized unit, utilizing PEAT's advanced reactor configuration was designed to test a variety of solid waste streams with minimal amounts of piping and/or electrical connections. This facility, along with NCKU allows PEAT to continuously validate its modeling simulation calculations.
